[Ham-Computers] WIN XP BOOT

Perhaps someone on the list can help me - I WIN XP PRO (Compaq) machine just ;quit working,
When I try to reinstall winxp, I get the following error:

UNREGMP2.EXE - ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND.
THE PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT GETIUMS COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY MSDART.DLL.

The machine will not boot and I do not have a boot disk for a system with NTFS
Help anyone?
