[Ham-Computers] Question about Adaware program

Well after spending 3 hours yesterday and 3 today, I decided to throw in the
towel.
I downloaded a program from www.download.com to remove the spyware and it
finds the spyware but will not remove it.

I have done everything I can think of to remove all the spyware and adware
stuff and nothing helps, so the computer will go to a professional tmrw and
get hopefully fixed.

Whats even more weird about all this, I change the home page to yahoo and
that dont even work after deleting the history.

Does anybody know if Norton makes a program that will clean the above
problems out?
I looked on their website but nothing referred to Spyware.

Thanks to all who responded to this problem.

73,
Brian
