Hi Duane,

I would suggest you consider a label printer such as those made by Seiko or
Dymo.  Here are two web links:

You will have to use their special labels which run about $20 for 350
address-size labels and their Windows software which integrates with popular
applications such as Word and Outlook.  They are small, connect via serial
or USB, and since they are designed to print one label at a time on demand I
think this would be an easy solution for you to use, especially since it
would not affect your normal printer setup.  Hope this helps.
