[Ham-Computers] Changing "Owner" In Registry

I recently purchased a "pre-owned" (hi hi)
Compaq Presario 5000.

When I check system properties, its registered to another user. I know
how to use the registry editor, but which key do I change?

OS is 98SE, IE6 w/all updates to the both.
