Microsoft has a free utility that should open the excel file you received.

I was sent a file using Excell that converts entered data into turns needed
on a
coil form. I can not use Excell because I do not have it! Can one of you
convert
this Excell file into one I can use? I am running either Windows 95b or
Windows
98 with the basic software supplied by MS and Compaq. I wrote most of the
software I use.
