[Ham-Computers] Dialup For Juno w/o Juno Browser?

I'm familiar with Juno quirks, except for as I described in
my last.

I've been getting confusing replies from others, so I'll
re-phrase the question.

How do I set up a dialup connection that doesn't require
the the use of Juno software? (ie: through Internet
Connection wizard)

Double-clicking on the Juno icon always brings up the Juno
browser, which hogs system resources, despite being a
plaitnum user.
