[Ham-Computers] info on backing up files

I would start safe mode assuming OS allow safe mode boot. remove the
device in device manager, then reboot. Forcing windows to find the hardware.
2. Re-install drivers and application software to allow drive to work.
application software will have to be via internet or hard drive cause
the CD is not working.
