Greetings to the list,


While I was ironing out a conflict ealier, upon re-boot, I was prompted to 
insert my CD for my motherboard (P6STMT) which was lost during a recent 
move. The file I need is "OEMNIC.CAT" Can anybody tell me where I can find 
this file? I THINK this is tied into my SIS 900 Fast Ethernet Adapter.

This is in addition to needing SNMPAPI.DLL

Here's what I have,

Win 98 SE with Plus for 98 (Including all available windows updates)

Can anybody help? I tried the SIS website, but it's written in "Technoease"
