Can anybody point me where I can get the WINTOP program???

I have been to Microsoft's site trying to find WINTOP, without success. My other
searches have been unsuccessful also.

I have found sites with screen shots of WINTOP in operation. It appears that
WINTOP would be verrrrry useful to me.

I occasionally experience real slow operation of my computer. So far I have been
unable to determine the reason. A 'restart' has always solved the problem.
Hopefully this program would help me determine the cause.

Thank you.
