Ben,

Don't forget that a lot of the "Old" Windows programs don't
run in XP unless you run the "Program Compatibility Wizard"

You can find it it by clicking on,

Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools

I've found that in most cases, if you run it as a "Win 98"
program, that it resolves the compatibility issue.
