I would scan them in one page at a time and name them 1 through 30 .
I would convert them into text with an ocr program one at a time.
Saving them as 1.txt and 2.txt etc.
I would load the file 1.txt, go to the bottom of the document then,
I would insert (appending) 2.txt, go to the bottom of the document
then I would insert (appending) 3.txt, go to the bottom of the
document . . .
I would save with a final name after every section is added
(overwriting the previous save or pre pending a number onto
the front) 1myjorn.txt, 2myjorn.txt
I would search the final document for the 1 in a thousand words
that ocr gets wrong and correct as required.
