[Ham-Computers] XP and Netscape 7.0 problems

YOU CAN change the extension using the windows explorer from the stat button
press start then programs then accessories, then scroll down the tab and you
should see windows explorer
click twice on it and you should see all that is listed in you computer by
drive and folder
find the correct folder and file right click on it and then click on rename
tab and change it
