Hi Ben, et al-
You can always edit the registry, by going to "Run" and key in "regedit"
once the page loads, click on "Find" key in the name of the program
"Cybermedia", "Firstaid 98", etc. the program will search the registry and
find all the entries, (one at a time)once they find them, you can delete
them. Only thing is, you have to repeat the "Find", "Find Next", and
continue until the system mentions there are no more, or "Done searching "
It is sometimes a long task to complete, but it does work.
