[Ham-Computers] Windows 'Shutdown' file

MS ME on the computer I have one of the UPS's connected to and which
'failed' my shutdown test.  My wife's machine is running Win98 and I am
going to put another one of the same type of UPS systems on it.

Thanks for any suggestions you can offer
