[Ham-Computers] Using USB printer for DOS program??

Saw your knowledgeable reply on this topic so took the liberty of writing you 
with my own and different problem.

Im using Logger ham logging software  with a windows 98 HP 500 mhz system 
that in the past worked well.  But following a virus I reformatted the HD and 
reinstalled  my software from scratch.  Now when I  attempt to use Telnet it  
gives a message that my ISP connection has not been established even tho it 
has been.

Ive tried  everything I can think of  but with no  success.  Any suggestions?
