Scan the document at 300dpi; then, if you have the software capable of
doing it, save it as a PDF document. PDF maintains the quality of the
original document, allows people of various platforms to use it, and
keeps the file size decent enough for speedy downloads.

What do I need to do to scan a page of black/white text, with a logo,
and still
end up with a clean readable copy?
