[Hallicrafters] update on SX 28A

I agee with Jacques, hot chokes are often due to leaky
filter capacitors. Replacing the caps will allow the chokes to
run much cooler. A choke that gets hot enough to melt out the
potting compound _may_ have developed a shorted turn but I wold
go after the caps first.
Its possible the inductance and DC resistance of the chokes
is in the specifications somewhere. Resistance is easy to measure
but inductance depends on the DC current. The specs for the choke
should give the inductance and indicate the current at which it
is measured.

So hopefully the problem is the choke in the power supply. Regardless, I will need a choke for the SX 28A receiver. Maybe I can find a choke for the SX 28 A.
