[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters knob metal rings

[Harry Vaught, KT4AE]

Having had a few, I think it's paint. Sometimes, I've tried to duplicate 
the color, sometimes I polish the brass and sometimes I leave them out.

Right now, the only thing I have with this kind of knob is an SX-71 not 
on display at the moment.
