[Hallicrafters] FS/trade: non working HA-4 T.T.O. Electronic Keyer

For trade (or possible sale) a Hallicrafters HA-4 T.T.O. Solid State keyer. It seems to be somewhat rare as I have not seen one before. Front panel looks decent with one obvious defect on the speaker grill. The case has plenty of scratches but no dents etc. It does not come on, but there are no obvious burned components. It does look like a couple of caps may be cracked. That's the best I can describe it. Also doesn't look like it has been worked on or butchered. I have lots of pics of the unit I can send both inside and out. Also have a .pdf of the manual with schematics, parts list, pictorial and instructions.Not sure what it's worth but I would be open to trades or offers. Looking for a remote vfo for a TS-520S, a decent single paddle key, or??? make an offer or let me know what you have i might be interested.
