From what I can tell the S-15 and the SX-15 are the same radio but
the SX-has a crystal filter in it. Evidently the filter could be added
aftermarket.
I am not sure about the screws but Hallicrafters liked to use sheet
metal screws that had a combination hex and slotted head. AFAIK they are
still available, try McMaster-Carr or someone like that.
Labels are probably a lost cause although you can have duplicates
of metal ones made and paper or cardboard ones can be made on your
computer printer if you can get a scan of an original (need that for the
metal label too).
