[Hallicrafters] Part needed

Mallory "Plascaps" were high quality paper dielectric caps in molded
plastic cases. They appear in the 1951 Allied catalog so were available
by then. In general, Mallory made very high quality capacitors. If they
are original they probably need to be replaced.
