[Hallicrafters] License question.

    I need to look through some old books and FCC publications for this. 
There was an Extra-First radiotelegraph license in the 1920s. It was 
issued to operators who had a long history of outstanding service. I 
don't think there was ever a ham license named this.
    More when I find it.
