Hi Rich here, 

  I just acquired a Sky Champion S20R. Brought up on a variac and to my surprise, it works beautifully.  Here is a YouTube video of the radio.

  I saved this from the heap as the owner was moving, I picked up a bunch of stuff and this was with the purchase of a lot. It needs a good cleaning and a recap although it works FB.

  Every knob is there, dial strings work and it is pretty spot on on every band.
 Some cosmetic restoration is needed as well.
  I am in the NYC area, if you're interested, let me know. She's a sweety. I would keep this rig, but regretfully, I have no room for it.  It should go to a member here who would give it the love it needs. 
    If you are not near NY, I will ship it, but I'm sure it would be expensive. I'm into this for about $90. I am more concerned that it goes to a good home as a Hallicrafters lover myself. I can send pics as well. Just reply to
