[Hallicrafters] can't open w9wze site

In Firefox, I'm now getting "Error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable." In Chrome, I'm getting "403 Forbidden"

     It now opens fine in Firefox.  Before it would show empty frames. In 
Edge it would show empty frames but Edge asked me if I wanted to see the 
frames in separate windows and when I clicked on "yes" it displayed the 
page normally and I could navigate it.  Something about those cartoons 
neither browser liked.  I've seen this before, i.e. empty frames, but 
don't know what causes it.  Obviously some browsers use frames 
differently than others.
