[Hallicrafters] sideways query

Have it here too, but I've had intermittent ringing in the ears even when I was a kid (and not listening to loud music, either). It's gotten gradually worse over the years and is continous but I guess because it developed over a long time I don't notice it a lot except how it adds interference in already noisy environments.

..just wondering.. anyone (else) out there have a problem with  
tinnitus? is this a common complaint amongst hams? 
mine is occassionally reeeallly annoying.
