Hi Bob,

In case you haven't found anything yet, here's a piece of vintage gear that
may work for you, it's a 1950's Gonset Monitone. You can see what one is
like by checking at "http : // www . n4mw . com / cp018 . htm" (remove the
blanks to get the URL). I have two, one is in service with my main BA
station. The other I used with our club station along with our RBA/RBB/RBC
gear and ATC transmitter. I removed that monitor from service as it didn't
fit in with the military nature of our naval ship club stations gear. It's
available for $40 including USPS shipping within the US. Admittedly it
hasn't been used in 10 years or so, but it's a pretty basic device.

Hi all,
Im wondering what everyone is using to monitor their bugs when sending cw
with old radios. Im not looking for a "keyer" to use with paddles. Im
looking to see what I can use to monitor my cw using my vintage keys since
my old Hallicraters HT-30 nd HT-32 do not have a sidetone monitor.

Thanks-Bob-W0YBS
