I live very close to several AM BC stations.
I use a Johnson T/R SW and have never had an issue with any interference.
A fellow Amateur HAS had issues, but we got him straightened out with
re-working his feed-lines. Sometimes there are other things that cause
the RFI and intermod.
I was trying to purchase the one station about a decade ago. It didn't
pan out. It is just as well, as this area really wouldn't do well in
the marketing realm. The population is less than 160K. It causes the
stations here to constantly change hands.
