[Hallicrafters] HT-32 relay issue

Hi all,
Im hoping to get a few suggestions as to fixing a relay issue with my 
HT-32 transmitter. When I put it into transmit in the Mox position, or 
even Vox with a mic, the relay will hang up when going back into 
receive. I read an article on the AM website by K6FC where he had a 
similar problem. He replaced the R50  82K ohm resistor in the circuit 
with a 56K ohm resistor to put more voltage on the 12AT7 relay tube. So, 
I tried that fix but found the radio put the relay into play just once 
and it wouldnt work at all after that. Maybe I should split the 
difference and put a 70K resistor in and try that? I have cleaned the 
relay as much as I can and the tube checks out quite good. From here, 
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
