[Hallicrafters] SR-400A help

Hello, Friends!

I'm working on my SR-400A and I have an observation and a question.

First, I note that the S-Meter Zero setting isn't stable. Could be R119,
82K 1W as it's original, old and probably could be a 2W to better dissipate
heat and keep stable value.

NOW...guess what? The original 82K composition resistor is banded
backwards! Yep, it's banded as 28K. The Zero pot does work, but adjusts
more toward one end. Go figure. Until I dismounted the subchassis and
turned it over, I didn't give it much thought until i read the banding.

Am I correct that replacing R119 with a 2W will help to stabilise the
S-Meter Zero setting?
