Rob:

This place has a complete cap set for the S-38B, including the multi-section filter cap:  www.hayseedhamfest.com

Here are several more general sources for caps: www.radiodaze.com www.justradios.com www.mouser.com

You have to make some accommodations for modern values: for example, a .047 instead of a .05. and a .022 instead of a .02.

     Good luck.

                                     Joe Connor

>I'm not sure where to find caps for my S-38B. I have the manual with the list of caps, but I'm unable to find replacements with the same values. Does anyone have a cap shopping list from a S-38 they've done? What about the large multi-value cap?
