[Hallicrafters] S-40A Audio Output Transformer Needed

I am in need of a replacement audio output transformer for the S-40A. The
one in the S-40B may work as well though the load resistance of the 6F6 is
expected to be 7K while the 6K6 in the B model is expected to be 9K.
