[Hallicrafters] How To Unsolder Can Capacitors

I just looked and Amazon who sells for Hakko has currently unavailable on
the 936. A note from Hakko says they do not know when they will become
available.

My question is how much wattage is that iron? It looks like the max might
be 40 watts. In my experience one needs a tip with a very large mass to
melt solder around those caps as quickly as possible. The longer you keep a
gun or iron on the chassis, the heat will migrate to other areas and can
cause damage to wiring.
