The HT-4 *IS* a BC-610. One is commercial, pretty near not available,
since U.S. Government went to Halligan, took his HT-4 - and putting the
BC-610 line in full wartime production. Even Halligan and his assets
were incapable of keeping up with demand.
The BC-610s were made by several companies. The HT-4 "then" became
available after wartime.
