[Hallicrafters] HT-30 and SWR meters

I will dig a bit deeper and write down various things I am finding. This 
way it might have a pattern that makes a bit more sense in trying to 
debug.But yes, it shows forward power on both the swr meter and also the 
rig. It does not click the dow key relays that mute my receiveras if I 
actually put it into transmit.
