[Hallicrafters] Good Ebay experience

Congrats, Jim!  For the most part, I've been OK with eBay 
transactions.  The one problem I had was when they stated "It lights 
up when turned on", as well.  It was a commercial Frequency 
Synthesizer.  When I received the unit, it was as stated, as the 
front panel LED's came on, but that was it.  Opened it up and found 
an entire section of the power supply was missing!
