Peter, thanks for the link to the catalogs. Looking at the 1962 catalog brought a lot of memories back when I was a new ham and drooling over the adds.  Sure would like to have one of those Macintosh 60 watt stereo power amps now! Fun looking at the Hallicrafters equipment also. Didn't look very hard, but didn't see an add for the SX-115. When was that announced?

It's probably been mentioned before, but these early Radio Shack catalogues are interesting to flick through on-line. Theres a lot of Hallicrafters equipment that was sold by the company over the years.
Sort of sad in a way that they are not about any more.
