When I first mentioned about the ER modifications for the SX-117 radio, you could not believe how MANY requests I had from folks asking me to send them 'copies' of the articles.
Being a fan of both ER and Ray, I said that these were copyrighted and NO, I couldn't send the articles.... Cheap SOBs!!!!
Geeeez!!!

ery tactful and correct Carl. These days it is too easy to "share"
ocumentation by the internet. I don't know much about the financial status of
R but I doubt they are getting rich off us, more likely just managing to break
ven. I see it more as a labor of love that we should support one way or
nother. I myself just purchased a second copy of the 75A-4 Compendium for use
t a second station away from the home shack. I could have just had my original
uplicated at Kinko's, but what the heck, I needed a second copy, ER provides it
n a nice binder, and what little I spent helps fund what for many of us is a
ource of info on classic/antique gear.

he copyrighted back issues can be purchased thru ER. It helps keep that
mall operation in business....since subscritions are what keeps it alive
nd helps those of us that dont try to defeat its purpose with good content
very month.

Good morning Ron:
Do you have a copy of the changes for the SX-117 that were in Electric
Radio? I would be quite interested in that article and the author.
Kindest regards Jim K9AXN
