Not to bash the guy, but just to help clarify what's being discussed,  
Greg is referring to Mike Shelton, aka Total Electronics in NC.  His 
contact info was published various places, but he has been out of this 
business for several years (assuming he was ever truly "in" it)

He ended up with the rattle-can paint business that Rob, WA9ZTY (SK) 
started, and Rob told me several times how frustrated he was over the 
service and quality problems.   I think Paul KØUYA has clarified where 
things stand with regard to the screen-printed panel offerings, and wish 
him the best of success.
