That is actually not correct. I have been in contact with  the new owner of 
NØALO's business (not located in NC) several times, recently  as of a few 
months ago. He stated the following in his first message  to me:

>That I  do good work (if I take it on) is assumed by all my customers
>That I do  not charge enough is what I am always told

True, there was a fellow in NC who attempted to get into this line of  work 
but he was slow, unreliable and his work was very poor quality.  He did one 
job for me and after waiting several months to get it back I had  to strip 
it back down and send it to someone else. Perhaps this is the  individual 
you are referring to?

The thing to keep in mind with  screening a textured surface is that it
will seldom appear as sharp as a  smooth panel surface. 'Bleeding' to
some extent takes place, giving the  lettering a slightly thicker or
fuzzy look on close inspection. Nothing  unusual, though some folks
getting panels re-screened in recent years  expected a level of
perfection that never existed on the original  equipment.
