An excellent review.

Jay and I discussed this on the telephone a few weeks ago and as he 
mentioned I had asked for 10M tests since many of us are now going to higher 
bands with our boatanchors as the sunspot cycle "improves".

Im up there fairly often on AM and currently with a NC-300 and HT-9 since it 
came with that coil set and the VFO is a HT-18. Ive also made several NBFM 
contacts with it and either slope detecting with the NC-300 or a HRO-60 with 
the adapter.
