[Hallicrafters] SR series VFO varactor

FYI:  I ran across a change notice for the SR-2000 where the varactor diode was changed from a V100 to a 1N3182. The V100 is used in all the VFO's in all the SR HF rigs. The V100 is impossible to find. I have tracked this part down 3 or 4 times and have always forgot where I found it or lost my notes. So I thought I would post it and perhaps I'll remember where to find it.
