[Hallicrafters] URM-25D arrived

Hey guys,

The URM-25D arrived yesterday.  I powered it up (no smoke) and played 
around with it.  I hooked it up to the scope and it is generating RF.  I 
also tested the modulation part and both 400hz and 1000hz appear to be 
working (that is, the waveform is showing it on my scope).  I then 
hooked it up to the 1000S and it is pretty accurate, that is, when I had 
it set to 7000MC on the URM, and 7000MC on the 1000S, the frequency 
error was in the center on the 1000S.

So far it appears that key parts of the unit are working.  Not bad for 
116 bucks!

The lights for the upper and lower frequency dial is not working but I 
will probably replace those with LEDs anyway.
