David, I don't know your tools situation but if it were mine, I'd apply 
a pair of pipe clamps diagonally, across the "long" corners.  Tighten 
them alternately to bring the cabinet back in to square.   A ratcheting 
type nylon strap might work as well.   The bigger problem will be 
keeping it that way, since the metal is going to want to spring back, 
although a bit of overbending might help.    I'd make at least two 
triangular braces that could either be welded or (with a flange bent on 
each side), bolted into the corners to hold it square.   It may not be 
perfect but should be usable.
