[Hallicrafters] The hot SX28 6V6s

All operating and repair benches here are fed with large bucking 
transformers that limit the AC to 110-115V.
A cheap oddball voltage 10A transformer is good for about 1200W for 
instance.

The variacs are used for initial testing and on the big AM amps.
