Good afternoon Ed:
Have a NOS carrier POT ---- send your address and I'll drop it in the mail. 
It's a Hallicrafters replacement part.  While your at the Bal Mod, check the 
5 - 25 cap:  if it's ever been cleaned with Deoxit, it may be bad.  If you 
have an original manual, please let me know what level it is --- I'm looking
