[Hallicrafters] SX-42 Cover Paint Color

Thanks to all for posting the discussions on Halli paint colors. I just needed 
clarification on whether the term "cabinet gray" refers to the hinged lid 
gray/silver color or were there Hallis with a true gray versus black cabinet? I 
am trying to redo my SX-42 cabinet with correct colors and don't want to make 
the perforated cover too bright from original. Thanks.
