First thing I would do is remove both rectifier tubes and then power it up.
If it blows another fuse then you have a shorted xfmr which is what happened
to me with my 32b.
The previous reply the fellow spoke of a pl172 and that’s in a ht33 not a
ht32.

Hello.
I have a like brand new HT-32A that has worked great for the last year but
yesterday I turned it on & it blew the fuse so I replaced the fuse & it blew
it again & I am lost as to why so today I put another fuse in & it blew it
again so I will not try that again anyone know what I should check for as I
am no repairman by any means.
