[Hallicrafters] OT Atomic Watch

[Duane Fischer, W8DBF]

A watched kettle never boils and a solar powered watch never charges during 
a total solar eclipse. Nevertheless Charlie, try watching something you can 
not see! All you get is a headache from eyestrain!
