[Hallicrafters] OT Atomic Watch

I read some stuff on the "Atomic Clock".  It's a low frequency time signal 
from WWV in Colorado.  The LF signal oozes accross the country with a ground 
wave signal.  Your time piece receives the time signal in the night  and 
updates the time in the clock.  This is supposed to happen every night.
