Brazing, or maybe industrial epoxy...but you need to clean it
thouroughly first as there is oil on it.
Brake cleaner comes to mind...don't get it on the airframe.

It isn't going to work.
Even aircraft cables have lubricant in them. You can "try" a 10 ga
butt
wire splice and crimp it to hold. I don't have good feelings about it.
Nylon kite string *may* be able to tie one to the other and pull it
that
way.
